Est.2002 Adam Carter set up set out to provide a High Quality Professional Service to both Domestic and Commercial customers across Dorset and surrounding counties. We have an experienced and professional team to deliver a bespoke lawn care service and turfcare solutions to our customers.

With a wealth of experience within Sportsturf and FineTurf Grasscare Adam begun his interest in Golf as a Junior Member of Dorset’s prestigious Ferndown Golf Club. Studies of Greenkeeping whilst working for the International Golf Course Construction company, Brian D. Pierson’s Ltd he gained experience in all aspects of construction throughout the UK & Europe working on various projects of new builds and renovation projects. Quality skills were gained working on high level golf course projects like on the Construction of Treudelberg G&C Germany, Chateau de Vigiers France, La Manga Club Spain, Dorset’s Dudsbury GC, Crane Valley GC and around the UK at Carden Park, Goodwood and many others. Renovation and Alteration experience was also valuably gained with being part of such projects as the bunker renovation with Reveting works at Royal St George’s prior to the 1993 British Open.

In 1996 Adam worked as Golf Course Manager and proudly led his Greenkeeping team at Duke’s Dene Golf Club in Surrey, to open the idyllic valley located Championship Golf Course with truly stunning Sandstone Clubhouse. There he formed many proud and memorable moments, regularly hosting the Hippo Tour Winter Pro Golf Series, many national qualifying events and very proudly the inaugural club dinner with special guest of honor, Ryder Cup holding European Captain Bernard Gallagher and the loan of The Ryder Cup. Adam recalls his memories of collecting the beautiful Ryder Cup trophy from The Belfry and looking after it overnight as his own home in Surrey prior to the club dinner the next day. Club Manager at the time, Niall Flanagan, previously of Wentworth had great connections with Bernard and we were honored to have him as our special guest of honor and after dinner speaker, sat at the top table with Bernard and The Ryder Cup is a lasting memory. Adam also went on to additionally manage Nizels Golf Club in Kent prior to returning to Dorset to set up Green-Side Turfcare Ltd and settling as a family man and proud business owner.
